About The Property: |
BEAUTIFUL N.C. ARK Property w/ a total of 15.853 acres, more or less as follows: 10.153 acres, more or less

There is a Five Room Homestead located on the larger parcel and it consists of an older 34 foot Travel Air trailor with a second added large room that is about 12ft x20ft more or less and added tin roof over complete structure and fieldstone under pining. + Sittin' on my deck at sunrise , drinkin' hot coffee and watchin' the
dear and birds startin' to get up and stir around in the meadow
as the world comes alive
+ Comin' in late at night from playing music and lookin' up and
seeing just about every star in the sky on a clear evening
+ Smellin' the flowers and honeysuckle from the meadow
+ Lookin' out the window and seeing a raccoon and rabbits stirrin'
around in the yard - after a while, if they don't feel threatened
the baby rabbits & mama, will come and play out in the drive as I've sat
on the deck and watched them.
+ Takin' a bucket out to the meadow and pickin' a gallon of wild
blackberries and bringing them back in and putting sugar on them
and eating them till they're nearly gone
+ Walkin' through the woods on a crisp fall day and coming up on a dear.
+ Going out and gettin' a chill and coming in and warming up by the heater

midnight as loud as we like with no one around to complain or even care
