T.P. Hubbard is not just a long time resident of the area, he was born here. The Hubbard family migrated here from Tennessee and has been in the area since the latter part of the 1800's. As a matter of fact, TP has been a part of peoples lives around the area for 69 years. Most folks just call him 'TP' and as he likes to say with a smile, “it’s easy to remember.” He's the kind of guy that's friendly to everyone and he's always there to help out. Not to long ago, he decided it was about time to retire as the area's Shelter Insurance™ agent -- after all he had been serving people in that capacity since 1967 (for those folks that don't have a calculator, that's about 37 years) and he figured it was about time for him to semi-retire and cut back his hours just enough to take care of his three other businesses. Those three other businesses include a very active Real Estate and Auction business. He figured in his spare time he could take care of his third full time business -- his ranch, Ju-Lor -- raising both top quality cattle and horses.
T.P. and his lovely wife, Vance, have been married since 1953, of coarse T.P. is quick to reflect and comment “it just seems like it was yesterday.” Together, they have raised 2 girls and have 3 wonderful grand childern. T. P. has been a Licenesed Realtor since 1975. In 1976 he graduated from the world famous Nashville Auctioneer School located in Nashville Tennessee. He continues to improve his education and skills. As recent as 1999 he became a certified appraiser and is a notary public.
Of coarse TP has always reserved time for his community as well. He was Searcy County Judge for 2 years and has been a member of the Area Chamber of Commerce, President of the Searcy County Fair Board for 6 years and a member of the area Rotary Club. You will get my very best effort! I guarantee that I will work hard and efficiently, I will provide you with quality service and representation that will inspire your confidence in my ability and efforts on your behalf and I will do the very best job that I can do for you. My goal is always to create win-win-win enviroments for all my customers. The Buyer wins, the Seller wins and I win - in short, each party is happy and would do it over the same way again. To say that I will always act in my customer's best interest, is a given - it's second nature to me, therefore I take no unnecessary risks without consulting with you first.
